Terms of Service Policy

Description of Services:

Sage Esitssage. is an owner operator ran business that offers professional therapeutic massage therapy, esthetician services including facials, sugaring for hair removal, lash lifts and tints and professional skin consulting.  

Medical Waiver & Disclaimer: 

Sage Estissage expects all clients to fill out a client intake form and sign a consent form prior to initial appointment.  Client agrees to provide any known medical conditions that might be effected by massage and/or skin care services.. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any medical conditions to Sage Estissage. before the start of your service. 

Payment Agreement

• You agree to be financially responsible for all charges .  
• Payment is expected at time of service.

Cancelation Policy 

24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours or not showing up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment fee
